Hi Steve...sorry for not responding earlier...was on the 200 mile trike trip from 6/8 until 6/13, and just noticed your question. I called the "800" number from the website, but do not remember the name of the nice lady who handled my order. She was very helpful, and informative. When I open the "tube" I'm sure her name will be there somewhere, and if I find it I will let you know right away.

By the way, I just received my cool "Xtend and Climb telescoping 12.5 foot ladder" I ordered through Ebay. Just like the one Tuga had at Austin. I have used it, and love it! If anyone else is interested in this ladder, here is a link to the seller on Ebay....

Tuga said he paid over $250 for his ladder. I paid $149 plus shipping for mine. telescopes down to 2.5 feet for easy storage. Rated at 225 pounds. If you need a ladder that can hold more than 225 lbs. they have more expensive models that will hold more weight.
