Looks like your extend solenoid went out. If you change that solenoid your problems will be over.

I had a similar problem with my rear and front slides. The pin locking solenoids were old and were dragging. Tommy Key suggested changing both of them and everything has worked fine ever since. They are easy to change. Call Newell Service Monday morning and they will walk you thru it.

I keep a spare solenoid on board just in case one fails in the "out" position. Write down the procedure for changing a solenoid and keep it in the bay that houses your solenoid bank. Its easy to change one; about 10 minutes.
