You're quite the little chef there. At least I know if we cross paths I'll get dessert with my beverage. That looks mighty tasty.
Maybe my understanding of those combo units is out of whack, it wouldn't be a first time.
I was going by what I had heard from an appliance salesman telling me that they used microwave and convection at the same time in the combo mode, so I figured they must put off some radiation while the microwave portion was going. I do understand that little fans in the back of the oven creates like a vortex and moves the hot air around evenly. I love the way a convection cooks roasts and turkey, it's totally amazing compared to a regular oven. The moisture retained it the meat is excellent.
