Diesel injector cleaner
I would like to know , if fuel injector cleaner is o.k. to use. If so , how often ? How much in an 200 gallon fuel tank ?

I know that most manufacturers state no additives are needed. Exceptions would be for storing diesel and if algae contamination exists.

Old timers used "Marvel Mystery Oil". You can still find it if you look. I don't know if it has any effective, especially on today's "modern diesel engines.

If you have an older diesel that was built before ULSD then using an additive like diesel kleen or (yes) lucas will help with upper cylinder lubrication.
