1994 Newell Coach exhaust brake whistling

Ron in South Dakota Guest Posts: n/a	1994 Newell Coach exhaust brake whistling I need some expert advise, Over this past weekend I test drove a 1994 Newell that was recently serviced and exhaust brake repaired. When the brake was applied, I heard this whistling jet type sound when the transmission down shifts in to the lower gears. Is this normal or should I be concerned that this particular newell could have a major problem and move on?
