Window Awning
This morning I went to put out my window awning. I wasnt paying attention while it went down because it usually stops automatically. Today, it kept on going and went as far down as the arms would go. Now when I hit the switch for them to go up, nothing happens, however, if I push it to go down, the motor runs. Any ideas of how to get the awning up? I hate to call Newell on thanksgiving, but I need it fixed asap for tomorrow.
