Default Squeak

hi all,

i have noticed a squeak when getting in and out of the coach. i can also make it squeak when i rock the coach from the outside. it is coming from the suspension area of the drivers side behind the wheels.

i sprayed silicone all over the shocks, and the two sway bars. no help.

i also sprayed the leveling valves.

any suggestions on what to check?

btw, the squeak goes away when i air the rear air bags clear up as high as they go.

thoughts?

tom

Did you look at the bushings on each end of the suspension arms. Look at the ends of the two parallel arms. Big bushings at each end. Constant movement at those bushings with any coach movement.

I am trying my best not to suggest you check the scales, but the devil got the best of me.

Seriously I would squirt the bushings with penetrating oil, silicone doesn't wick well into tight crevices.

Hopefully a good trip will work out the squeak.

We're jealous we're not going with you. Enjoy the weekend.

Did you find the source of the squeak? Just wanting to know the answer.
