Exclamation Super Bowl XLVII 2013

Is anyone tailgating the Super Bowl XLVII 2013?

Super Bowl XLVII 2013 Parking - Feb 3 | Reserved Parking - ParkWhiz

This cool site helps people find places to park and tailgate even has listings for us who have RVs. There are still plenty of spaces you can reserve a spot for $75.00-$325.00. It would be fun to be apart of the festivities for the Super Bowl this year unfortunately I'm not in the area.

Whats everyone's plans for the Super Bowl?

Do you plan on tailgating?

Will you be tuning in from your coach?

What team are you rooting for?

Fortunately I'm not in the area either
We're at Wilderness RV Resort in Silver Springs, FL.
We usually leave for Mardi Gras too.

Whats everyone's plans for the Super Bowl?

Staying home relaxing and eating some good food!

Will you be tuning in from your coach?

Nope. The coach is parked for the winter.

What team are you rooting for?

Neither. Whatever team wins is fine by me.

My wife wants the 49ers to win and I said I don't care who wins, maybe I'd rather see the Raven's. She immediately lights up and wants to know if that's who I'm going with. I quickly said no. Thinking to myself, I'm not going down that road again. NO WAY! Am I going to bet my own wife again. Virtually every time she wins; I just don't like getting my nose rubbed in the dirt that hard.

Yeah, I know it's all for fun and that's precisely the way I'm keeping it.

I think the last time I took the 49ers was back on January 24th 1982 while serving in the USN and I was hosting a pretty good size Super Bowl Party. I had just bought one of those brand new super big 26" TV sets, hadn't even been out that long, just to watch the big game. Of course a bunch of the boys brought plenty of cases of beer and lots of grub. So, it really worked out well for me since I was the only person going for San Fran and they ended up beating the Bengals 26-21 putting about $300.00 bucks back in my pocket. I ended up being in that TV for about half the dough and probably owned it for a good 10 years.

If anyone remembers, take some pictures and share!

I'll be tuning in and hanging out in the coach enjoying the game! I don't have a favorite team just like watching and hanging out with my buddies.

I normally don't make bets, but I'm betting that Harbaugh's team wins this year. I've got friends coming over and I'll be rooting for the 49'ers although it wouldn't bother me if Ray Lewis left the game with a super bowl ring. Just hoping it isn't a yawner.

We are heading down to our local favorite bar and grill to watch it with many friends. There will be plenty of great free food and 1/2 price drinks.

How about the Ravens 28 and 49ers 21

Some family is coming over and we'll have baby backs on the grille and enjoy the feature comforts of home.

Never was big into football throughout the years I would watch a game here and there. My love of game is baseball, I won't be watching the superbowl.

My team is the Broncos always has been always will be. You can bet I'll be watching the game but I won't be cheering on either team. I'm just gonna chow down some good grub and hang out with my family and enjoy the game. I know it will be a good one!

I'm watching but not glued to my seat like some. I'd like to see the Ravens win it. Touchdown Baltimore as I post this!

I have to say this Parking Whiz is a pretty cool idea and will being using it in the near future for sure.

I'm thinking the Ravens might run away with this one. But we'll see.

Billy, I here ya on the power thing. As soon as that happened, my wife said the 49ers will be back in it and I agreed. Things like this are almost always momentum changers, especially in the Super Bowl.

Jay, what do you think the outcome did in Vegas? I have to wonder.
