Default Price drop 63,500 for my 1991 Newell coach #279

We are ready to sell if possible. We know what we want to buy but it time to do some traveling again. We either need to stock everything back in there and go, or find a buyer.

Hi Jimmy,

Will you be trying ebay again? Have you located another coach or still looking? I can tell your Newell has been well cared for and I know that you will find a buyer which will be a heck of a deal for anyone who buys it.

I may try ebay one more time with the lower reseerve. we have not been able to find a quad slide Newell in our price range but have found 2 Newmar Essexs that we like. Maybe a few years from now we can get back in a Newell. I love my coach and the brand, but I need 4 slides!

Don't know what your price range is, but there have been some great deals that have come through here. It must be 4-slides and not 3? Let me know what you are looking for and such. I might know of a couple possibilities. Otherwise what if another dealer that was out of your price range was giving you a nice trade-in value? Have you been hitting it from that angle?

We are in the poor mans category. We are trying to stay under 225k and we now realize that's probably not going to happen. When I was thinking mine would bring 85k we were stretching to 250k. We may have to buy the Newmar and get back in a Newell a few years from now. I would probably consider a 3 slide if the living area had 2 slides. Most we have seen has been 1 slide in front and 2 in the bedroom. We have found several 4 slide 2005 Newmar Essex that would get the job doe for now.....but we sure will miss the Newell. Newell is clearly top of the mark! No comparison.

I thought this one sold, but maybe I'm wrong. I know of one if it's still available in your range. I'll call them tomorrow and see if it's still available as it's not currently being advertised. I have also seen a 3-slide with the two front and one rear but I have to find the deal to reference the price. I'll get back to you with some additional info by tomorrow.

I'm open for offers. We are ready to start hitting the road again and we've taken everything out of the coach when we put it up for sale. All those little nagging things that needed attention (but never really bothered me) have now all been taken care of. Other than 2 cracks in the windshield, everything is working just like its supposed to and it's ready to travel. Always been a trouble free coach for us.

Look up Mecum Indys Thursday consignment and you'll find my 1969 GTO Judge that the Newell will be towing up. Lot number T233. I put the Newell in the shop for a complete front to rear check up (1991.00) so I'm ready to settle in with it for another season. Complete service, oil change, rear brakes, 2 levelers, all air bags checked, greased and inspected. Hopefully the GTO brings a good bid!!

Jimmy,

Have you thought about adding slides to your current coach?

Haven't looked into it but one slide and I'd be happy. I love the coach.....would just like extra room up front.

Jimmy, For what it's worth, we decided to just remodel our interior. Didn't get any more space, but was just like getting into brand new one!
