Might check this one out, may be able to get it down around what you want to spend. They are expensive trailers for sure! But very nice

Marc, what would you need for ceiling height? 11ft? I have been working out the details on a lift mechanism for one, it will be a while before I have one built but if your interested let me know what kind of specs you want, perhaps I could put one together for you.

You can also try a Craigslist search. "stacker site:craigslist.org/rvs/" without the quotes.

MrE,

Thanks for sharing how you can search all Craigslist sites ~ that's tremendous (yes, I used to go to individual site ~ color me stupid).

On the first link for the Vortech stacker...
1) How do you get in or out of the Hummer when it's inside the trailer?
2) It doesn't look like there's room to put a car above the Hummer ~ or am I mislead?

Thanks for sharing!

Mark

Mark, don't feel bad...I work with 'computer professionals' all day long that still don't get it. First learned that trick from a friend, best way that I've found to search IBM's website.

1) About the Hummer, looks like you better be really skinny or enter and exit the back of the Hummer. I've seen models with side doors that will allow you to easily enter and exit your vehicle.

2) They didn't provide a good picture of the 13' lift in the down position, but the height of the lower vehicle would dictate the height of the top vehicle and vice versa.
