Default Do you think the converter/charger is going bad?

I noticed that our batteries are losing power. During our stay I noticed that the lights were slowly becoming dimmer every day. We were using the AC, Fridge and Water pump but we were very diligent in not leaving the lights on. We were connected to shore power for 4 days by the time we went to leave the batteries were completely dead. Do you think the converter/charger is going bad?

That sounds very much like a battery problem. How old are your batteries? After about 5-6 years they are prime suspects.

It could be bad, or it could have a blown fuse or maybe the circuit that feeds 120v power to it is dead, e.g. a tripped circuit breaker. Without knowing the brand of the converter/charger, or at least the year/make of your newell coach it's hard to make a more educated guess.

The symptoms you presented are consistent with the current supplied to the batteries being less than the total consumption. As Archie suggested the first step is ensuring the converter has 120V supply. If so, then measure the amperage at the battery terminal, if there is high inflow then the batteries are gone to heaven, if the amperage is low you either have a large coach load which can be tested by disconnecting all loads until you find the culprits, or you have a bad converter that can't walk and chew gum (charge batteries and supply coach at same time)
