Exclamation Detroit Diesel won't start from ignition switch

The engine will not start from the Ignition Switch in the front, but all the lights come on and everything seems to be working OK; and the Allison Transmission is set on gear/N indication.

The Engine will start from the Maintenance/Service area in the rear of the coach but not from the ignition .

Does anybody know why the Engine will not start from Ignition, but it will at the Maintenance Panel. I've checked all the fuses but to no avail. Is there a master reset for the engine/transmission? Can I reset by removing the Battery connections (Negative First/Positive Second)?
