Default Solar Battery Charging

I got a solar panel from a friend who was getting out of the camping business. It is only the panel with two wires coming out of it. If I only want to use it while the camper is parked to keep the batteries up is there an easy way to hook it up without causing electrical problems (blown up battery)?

It is an ICP Battersaver Pro 50 Volt model.

Thanks,

Phil

Not sure I have ever seen a 50 volt solar panel. How large is the unit? The 15 watt ICP BatterySaver Pro unit is 38"x13"x1" and turns out 15 volts. Generally, the lower wattage units can be wired directly to the batteries and the higher wattage units need a solar charger controller to taper off the charge if the batteries are fully charged.
