Default Atwood Water Heater Issue

I have an atwood water heater & can't get the pilot light lit. There's a small blue flame that goes out right away.I carefully removed the gas tubes and cleaned them. Any help?

I'd give it a number of tries to see if there is just air in the gas line that needs to be bled out. If it's a manual light pilot, are you keeping the pilot button held down for a good minute or two for the pilot probe to get hot enough to keep the gas flowing?
