Default Things, a Buyer don't have to ask about a Newell

Stick with me on this one. . . and. . . you'll see what I mean !

– With all the Best and Accurate Ingredients, Freshly Baked,
without any doubt. . . it's the Best of the Best !

Let me take another approach ;
– A Newborn in the Family ; from the first stage of production to the completed
masterpiece, continuously, it has been the same unit in progress. . . In reference
to a Newell Coach, that is.

By now, everyone is aware or saw the presumed 2007 $2.5 million coach.

. . . here's my point.
Can you visualize the buyer of this coach when he and his complete neighborhood
realize that his $2.5 million coach 'Registered as a 2007 Was Converted' on a '2005'
. . . 'Yep' a '2005 Shell' ! ? ! ? ! ?
(He just might be eligible for the 'Pricey~Cheap~Cheap~ Screwed' award !)

Actually the Shell was Manufactured in 2004 as a 2005 Shell !

. . . . . . . . . . Worst !
On their website ; 2 brand new '2007 Coaches' Converted on new '2003 shells'
. . . 'Yep' '2003 Shells' ! ? ! ? ! ? (Could they be call antiquities ?)

. . . . . . SSScaaaarrrryyy. . . This is No Halloween Gag !

What else ?
At this same converter. . .
I've counted 13 coaches with 2005 shells listed as 2007 units !

These 'Shells' have been sitting for a long, long time.
---------------------------------------------
In the first months of 2007, with a touch of their 'Magic Wand' most of the unsold
2007 coaches will become '2008 units'. . . 'Abracadabra et Voila !' – That's what
toke place last year and previous years. . . It doesn't only happen at this converter,
it seems a trend with many other conversion companies. – And then a buyer comes
along buys without examining the serial numbers and drives off, thinking he got a
good deal ! (Screwed, Screwed that is !)
– These are things you don't have to ask about a Newell.

– This type of immoral and wrongdoing doesn't occur at Newell.
. . . You don't have to ask these questions about a Newell Coach.

At Newell, craftsmen build the entire coach from scratch to a completed masterpiece
(A Newborn) custom built to the client's preferences, no 'shell sitting for years' awaiting
a conversion. If you buy a '2007 Newell Coach' you know 'it's a 2007.'
– At many converters, the coach is half 2007 or perhaps 2006 and the other half being a
2005 or 2004 or 2003 ! ! !

Now. . . do-you see what I mean ?
---------------------------------------------
Are these manufacturing practices immoral ?
Up to what point are they legal ?
What about using a 2 or more year old shell ?
What are the implications ? (Trying to sell the coach, the wear and tear of an older shell)
Screwed, Screwed that is ! 'Yep' I got Screwed with my first motorhome, please don't tell no one.
Do you know certain people that purchase such a coach ?

I just loooove Newells
May God Bless,
ikcandco

001 Part TWO
002 Questions You Don't Have To Ask about a 'Newell Coach'
003 »»»»»»»»» But with 'Prevost Conversions' that's Totally Something Else !'
004 »»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««~»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««
005 « ~ » This 'Presentation' is for you people looking at Prevosts :
006 « ~ » Is the 'Prevost Shell' a '1998 ?' or . . . '2005 ?' or a '2006 ?' or a '2007 ?' or a '2008 ?'
007 . . . are you Looking at a '2008 ?' or actually a '2005 ?'
008 »»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««~»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««
009 « ~ » 'Prevost Shell' & 'Model Year' are rarely the same
010 » 1998 ? » 2007 ? » 2000 ? » 2004 ? » 1999 ? » 2008 ? » 2005 ? » 2001 ?
011 »»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««~»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««
012 « ~ » Here's how to identify (You'll Need The 'VIN #') :
013 « ~ » The ''10th' Number' in the 'VIN #' is the year that the 'Coach (Shell)' was produced ;
014 « ~ » For instance : 'VIN #' : 2PCV3349850000000 (fictional 'Vin #' fabricated for this presentation)
015 « ~ » The ''10th' Number' in this 'VIN #' is '5'
016 « ~ » So the Shell is actually a '2005'
017 »»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««~»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««
018 A None Existent Situation With A 'Newell Coach'!'
019 « ~ » With a Newell : What you see in the 'VIN #' is what you get ! . . No Hide and Seek Here.
020 »»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««~»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««
021 Now this Next Presentation is Accurate I've seen this Coach
022 « ~ » Here's one Case :
023 « ~ » A brand new 'Prevost Conversion,' and the Tenth Number in the 'VIN #' is a '5'
024 « ~ » 'Converted & Completed in February '2006' as a '2007' Model Year ;
025 « ~ » i.e.: A '2005' shell with a '2007' Model Year.
026 « ~ » Even Worse :
027 « ~ » This '2007' Model Year Coach Didn't Sell ;
028 « ~ » So at the Beginning of '2007' this 'Converter Changes' the Model Year of this 'Conversion' and
029 now the exalt same coach (this '2007') becomes a '2008' Model Year ! . . WoW ! ! !
030 This Describe Coach, is still available No Fiction Here.
031 »»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««~»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««
032 « ~ » If this Prevost Conversion doesn't sell in '2007' as a '2008' model year (2008 is right around the
033 corner) will this coach have another changeover and become a '2009' Model Year ! . . Why Not ! ! !
034 »»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««~»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««
035 So let's recapitulate :
036 « ~ » The Prevost Shell : A '2005' ;
037 « ~ » Conversion up for sale in 'February 2006' as a '2007' Model Year ;
038 « ~ » In '2006' Can't sell this '2007' Model Year Coach, so in 'January 2007' . . . 'abracadabra'
038 and it becomes a '2008' Model Year. . . WoW !
039 « ~ » Next 'January 2008' do you think that this Conversion will become a '2009' Model Year ?
040 »»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««~»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««
041 « ~ » I wanted to expose this type of wrongfully practice.
042 « ~ » Not everyone knows about the 'Shell Being' a 'Different Year' from the 'Model Year.'
043 « ~ » It's not the only Coach that had a Model Year change and this is not the only converter that does
044 this type of practice.
045 »»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««~»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««
046 « ~ » This said, I Wonder . . .
047 « ~ » Would this Kind of Practice Be Considered as 'FRAUD?' A 'Bad Conversion Dealer' or . . .
048 « ~ » I would sure like to hear from You' All' on this kind of Procedure ?
049 »»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««~»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««««
050 « ~ » As in this presentation, by having an older shell brings a lot of problems.
051 « ~ » Don't Forget, You'll Never See this Kind of Practice with a 'Newell Coach' !
------------------
May God Bless

» » » » » » Part '3'

Questions You Don't Have To Ask about a 'Newell Coach'
003 »»»»»»»»»»»» 'JUMPING MODEL YEAR'
»»»»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««~»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' ««««««««««««
'From A Converter's Sales Rep Own Website'
« ~ » Jumping model years -
« ~ » Several months ago, while on the internet viewing the inventory selection of one conversion company, I
observed a significant number of new 2000 and 2001
model coaches listed. A couple of days later,
these very same models were listed as NEW 2002 models
.

« ~ » This practice of changing the model year on an unsold conversion may be technically legal, but ethically,
is questionable at best
.

« ~ » Standard industry practice allows for a one year difference between the chassis year model and the con-
version. For example, a 2000 conversion will have a 1999 chassis.

« ~ » If there is more than a one year difference, the resale and trade in value is determined by adding one year
to the chassis.

« ~ » Skipping model years changes nothing except the consumer’s perception of a good "deal".

« ~ » Those that fall victim to this type of marketing practice can lose well over $100,000 in value, . .
realizing it only when they attempt to sell or trade their coach.

« ~ » While not applicable in this case, there are extremely rare instances that an older shell may arrive late
and be placed in the beginning of a new year’s production cycle allowing a two year discrepancy.

« ~ » The year of a bus shell can be determined by the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

« ~ » Prior to purchasing a new or pre-owned bus conversion, the chassis VIN should always be compa-
red to the conversion year model
to assist in determining the market value.

»»»»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««~»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' ««««««««««««
« ~ » So as you can see, among 'Certain Converters,' this kind of 'Free For All' type of year classification
has been going-on since quite a while
.
« ~ » "As you can see, I'm not the only one that is shock with this type of action !"
»»»»»»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' «««««««~»»»»»»» 'NewellClassic.com' ««««««««««««
« ~ » It's True, After All It's Your Money ! . .
« ~ » . . . You'll Never Find This Type Of Action At 'NEWELL COACH'
. . . What You See Is What You Get ! . . This is the 'Way A Coach Is Meant To Be' . . . No Other Way !"
