Exclamation Rotten Egg Smell From The Hot Water Heater In Our Newell Coach

Hi Guy's,
when opening up the faucet, YIKES ... smelled real bad... It's a 12 gal electric, Any ideas as of how to fix that?

Thanks

Cheri
