Default In Search of a Good Carpet Steamer for our Newell Motor Coach

What is a good, not too heavy, full size carpet steamer for the motor coach?

depending on the size of your area I would use the little green machine.

Local carpet cleaner charged me less than $100 to come out and clean ours, including the sofa.

I wouldn't be up for bending over so much. If you hire a professional it would be more expensive but a lot faster and easier on the body.

We bought a Hoover SteamVac back in 2008 and it has performed well for us. We researched for some time because we were replacing a Bissell carpet cleaner that we had purchased previously that never did do a decent job. After reading the reviews, we use about half the soap recommended, and then go over the entire area with just water to get all the soap up, then turn the brushes off and just vacuum up the remaining water. When done the carpet is almost dry, unlike the Bissell that would take about a day

I have heard some good things about the little bissell. On top of that it's compact.

Those little portable guys work fine if you stay on top of things. If you have extreme traffic and dirt than you will need professional help just like in a home. Always double check cleaning agents with types of carpet you may have.
