That is an interesting article and well written with much research. I would have to say it probably is accurate. It also talks about the issue with caffeine. That may be the real culprit.

The wife has been trying to get me to quit drinking coffee and I have bulked at her for years. I already gave up my beer and cigars. Now my coffee?

We both only drink the herbal teas. Don't do caffeine or any other substances. Plan on RVing for a very long time and don't need any vises.

Ken, actually it's the mix of Jack Daniels and coffee causing the card problem. Maybe I better just stick to the (express1) recommended drink.
