Fuel Prices at reservations different from truck stops why?
On the way through NY I stopped at the reservation to fill up. The fuel price finder for the local FlyingJ is $3.999 cash price. I paid $3.879 at the reservation with a credit card, same price cash or credit. That 12 cents a gal less. Plus the credit card penalty. Is this common across the country with reservations?
After some research I did find that on most cases reservations are cheaper since they do not have to pay road tax on the fuel atleast that is what I was told so I guess I'll be stopping at more reservations if I can find them.
