Richard, I'm surprised to hear that yours will not work unless you have 120 pounds of air. Mine goes in or out on as little as 60 pounds. Maybe your air switch is cloged up or something. I replaced the air switch in the fan bay that acativates the cylinder for pushing out or pulling in. I don't remember what I paid for the switch but I replaced all of mine and they were a little pricey if I recall right. I think there three of them, one for the generator, one for the step cover at the door and one for the air dump valve on the sewer dump gate valve.

I was also surprised at your comment Richard. All of my air operated slides require about 60-65 psi then start moving, including the generator.

Bill & Sonya, I have had to adjust the screw on mine to get it to open and close properly. If you open it too far, it will open and close with a vengeance.

Interesting. Maybe the slide could also be binding in some way. I'll play with the exhaust restriction adjustments and see if that makes a difference.

Hi Bill, the inverter under the bed in my '87 runs the 2 TV's. I can turn it off and on with the switch on the passenger side of the bed. Sounds like your getting to the bottom of it all! Good Luck, Jennifer
