Default Generator acting up at high altitude

At 10,000 ft. My generator doesn't run without smoking. I've adjusted it for high altitude but it still doesn't run good, even with min. load. I don't think any think is wrong with generator because it runs fine a sea level even under full load.

I doubt anything is wrong with the Genset. Not many folks are going to camp with their coach at 10K ft. At 10K ft even humans start to suffer from lack of oxygen.
