Default Prevost & Newell Coach Interior Heights Discussion

Looking to buy either Newell or Prevost. A deciding factor is which manufacturer has the most height inside since I'm a little taller than most @ 6'7".

What is the interior heights of both Newell Coach & Prevost ??

Bruce

Bruce, not sure about Prevost, but there are Newell's out there with raised roofs as a factory option. I'm not sure what year they started that but my guess would be when they came out with the Series 2000 in 1990.

I was recently in an older Newell and a guy 6'8" stood straight up in it. The later models have extra inches on them and are probaly fine for someone like Shaq. The inside roof air covers would be the biggest clearance issue on an older classic Newell. I have been in many Prevosts and felt the height was lower. A '78 I had owned, was originally ordered by a customer 6' 7".

Depending on what years you are looking at could definitely be a determining factor. Like another member stated, there are those Newell's with the raised roofs available.
