Default Polyurea Coatings

I'm a lurker here because of my fascination with all things Newell. Reading concerns about finishes for bays and waterproofing roofs, I wonder if any of you have tried a polyurea coating like LineX? http://www.linex.com/

Polyurea coatings are nearly indestructable, and can be applied as a foam or a thin layer. Sometimes used for blastproofing buildings too. Anyway, you all have seen truck bed spray liners. The best are polyurea. They come in any color, but are less expensive in black. They can be applied smooth or textured.

Since polyurea coatings are used to protect industrial roofs, they would be great to repair or seal an RV roof. They form a permanent bond to the aluminum skin and to any roof penetration.

You can get home applied truck bed liner coatings, but they aren't anywhere as durable.

I have no financial interest in any coating company. It is just that I have researched the products at length for waterproofing buildings.

One more thought: There are discussions about damage to the finish for Newells, and all RVs for that matter, from road debris and tree limbs. Applying a polyurea finish to areas subject to damage will eliminate the concern. Lots of guys with hardcore off-road Jeeps spray their entire vehicle with polyurea to make the finish very durable.
