ok, now i might need a couple of these. the link is dead. russ or steve can you give me the model number of the lights you got?
also, has anyone tried LED's in these G4 fixtures? if so, which ones work the best? steve said his bulbs were 10 watt. i measured the current in mine and it was 1.6a so about 20watts. i did take it out of one of the bigger round lights and not the 3" but i was assumming they were the same. are they?
i have 70 of these lights in my coach. i had to count twice to make sure i wasnt double counting.
i would like to replace them with led's. that is alot of power....
thanks
tom

Tom, if you just need the led bulbs and they are G4 side-pin mounts, I just bought 14 from ebay fresh from Hong Kong, item #320785391401 for about $2 each. But I won't get them until after Thanksgiving so don't know what quality. I had previously tried a 6 led bulb which wasn't quite as bright as the halogens so hopefully these will be as good or a little brighter.
70????

i took out a bulb from the 3" fixtures and they were drawing .9a or about 10 watts. so it appears there is a mixture of 10w and 20w bulbs in my different size fixtures.
thanks

Just bought one from Newell last week. They are made by "Hella" and are $33. I needed some lenses, but they are not sold seperately. The lenses are actually glued into the cover. The curreent ones are a little different now too, but still come in chrome or white.

Just got the G4 LEDs from Hong Kong and installed them. They are 9 LEDs per bulb and a little brighter than the 6 LED I got previously. One thing is the pin spacing was greater than the halogens but a lil' field adjustment and they fit fine. Cindy and I like the light output. And I installed the LED from www.superbrightled.com for the yard light and like it. So now all of the interior lights are LEDs and it's nice to see the amp gauge barely move when all are on.

These are the ones I got:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/320785391401...84.m1439.l2649
They are bright enough for us without putting out any glare. The pin spacing is greater than the G4 halogens but I just bent to fit and they work fine. The listing says 9 of 5050 leds and 70-80 lumens.
Good luck.

Tom,
The link that Russ White gave you did say out of stock. It now says to call for limited availability. If you need some they may still have them. The fixture matches exactly. Just need to put your cover on it as the covers are different.
They were really trying to light up your coach with 70 light fixtures. Mine only has 35.
Hope this helps.......................

Those halogen lights are available at building and lighting stores. I have a few black one somewhere in my inventory. They are 12vdc lights but I think Newell ran them on a transformer (110vac-12vac).
