Default Raise feature- Air system

Could anyone share some knowledge on the raise feature on the HWH. How long does it take other coaches to raise? What kind of heights are you getting from the std 12" running height? When the raise button is pushed and held can damage occur if it is held to long? Do other coachs raise front and rear at the same time or does the front raise first like mine does? How long are others taking to reach max hieght? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mike
