Default Newell Service takes personal ownership in every coach

I won't bore you all with the details, but I feel it is important to keep the word out about how good Newell's Service Dept is and how "fair and reasonable" is the edict....I have enjoyed learning so much while here and you know the advice is "rock solid". I will always be a Newell owner as long as this culture in it's Service Dept continues to set the outcome of any service visit to be a positive customer experience. If you have never visited before, it's worth making an appointment and for those of you who have, know that the nothing has changed except maybe for the better...

I totally agree with Larry & Hedy and my experience has been the same. My trips to Newell have always included getting info on a future repair or project I have. I always find friendly techs that are more than willing to provide any info I request. Over and above the service end of our visits we always look forward to the interesting people we have met while having service done.

I too have been very well satisfied with Newell's service department. The techs really do a good job because they know the product and they know what it takes to repair it.

I especially like being able to call Newell service and get an answer and some solutions to problems with no charge. I have had one of the service writers actually have another tech call me back with the answer to a specific question.

I had a cruise control malfunction and it needed to be changed out. One of the Newell techs (Charley Rhodes) drew a diagram and a written explanation of how to change it. That may not seem that unusual but he did it 10 minutes before punch out time on Thursday(they have a 4 day workweek). That is what I call above and beyond service. He could have just had the parts department send it out with no instuctions, but he chose to do it the right way - the Newell way.

I'll never buy any other coach but a Newell; dollar for dollar it is the best deal on the market today!

You can't beat 24/7 service 365 days a year!

I agree with everything written so far. Newell is going above and beyond the call to help me get my coach fixed and rolling down the road! Will be a Newell owner for life. Always a pleasure going to the factory

24/7 365!!! What a blessing to know that someone knowlegable is prepared to assist you no matter when. Our business is 100% dependent on our Newell getting us from point A to point B on schedule. In 13 years and over 230,000 miles, with issues from time to time, we have never failed to make it on time, thanks to Newell 24/7. Having been in the RV business for 20 years, and visiting with Karl in1983, I knew that my choice would always be a Newell. I doubt there is another manufacturer that could have assured us of the same quality service. Newell owners have been blessed!
