Default Interior halogen light pucks

I'm looking for the 10 watt 3" light pucks used in 90s & 2000 vintage Newells. Anyone know the manufacturer? Anyone have a source? Anyone have some used ones after you replaced with leds?

Thanks in advance.......................

Would there be any chance that you could attach a photo & 110v or 12 v? Sometimes that jolts the old memory...

Are they like these? http://www.lightingfx.com/cat--3-inch-Recessed-Trims--1 or more like showcase lights?

Regards..

Forest,
If I can come up with some lights I'll send you a ring. What finish do you need?

Jimmy,
None of those lights match. The ones I'm looking for are 12 volt & use a 10 watt two prong halogen bulb. I'll try taking a picture & posting.

Default Interior halogen light pucks

Here are three pictures of the lights I am trying to match. #1 is of the complete light--#2 is the light with the lens cover removed--and the #3 is the back side of the lens cover.

I put about 14 of them in my coach and I got them from Newell. Don't remember the cost but they were pricey.
I suspect that Tom would know where to them at a good price.

Talking Expensive little lights

Steve,

I bought a couple of them from Newell last year: $40 each! Ouch!

Count the number of these lights in your coach and you can see why a new Newell sells for $1.5MM

That little 625 hp Catapillar or Cummins adds a little to the cost also.

I bought a couple LED bulbs last year to try out. I'll see tomorrow if I can figure out where I got them.

If memory serves correctly, I believe I bought some like these at Home Depot or Lowes for my last coach. Not positive though!

Mine are held in with 3 screws. The description said something about metal tabs. Let us know your experience. Also, mine are gold in color.

Way to go Jimmy! I ordered from the link you provided and the puck lights are almost a perfect match. The covers are a different style, but attach exactly the same. The covers are a smooth beige--actually quite attractive if you don't have to match other existing lights or are doing a redecorate. The puck is shaped exactly the same including the screw holes that line up. The only difference is the puck is beige and has two metal tabs that help keep the light tight. Installation was easy. Splice in the two wires & push up in the existing hole while lining up the screw holes. I bent the tabs in as much as possible. The fit was so tight it was hard to push up & fit so tight one wouldn't have to use the screws. The problem may come that one might have to destroy it to get it out again. Because of this I will remove the tabs on the next one I install. I put the old cover on the new puck & it fit perfectly and installation was complete. Not bad for an $8 light+shipping that includes the bulb--haven't verified it, but others report Newell sells the lights for about $40.

Hope this helps someone else..................

Steve, Thanks for the followup and the tip on the tabs. I am going to order a couple for spares before they disappear.
