DW stands for "Dear Wife" or "Darling Wife"
DH "Dear Husband"
DS "Dear Son"
DD "Dear Daughter"

DH = Darling Husband
DW = Dear/Darling Wife
DS = Darling Son

The D has many meanings, including, Dear, Darling, etc. You fill in the proper D word depending on the feeling at the moment.
