Shower Water Turns Cold
Is it normal for the shower water to turn cold when you turn off the water at the shower head to conserve water?

Shower nozzles also used to turn off completely but no longer. Seems there were some legal issues. Mfgrs. were afraid people would get scalded so they set the temperatures lower as well.

It happens in stick houses too. It just isn't reported much as most people probably don't shut off the water when showering at home and if they do, there is more room to get out of the way of the water when the shower head is turned back on.
