Default Replacement Windows

My wife and I recently purchased a 1989 Newell Coach in excellent mechanical condition and good interior condition. Atleast what we would call average for a coach of that age, Just your normal wear and tear. It did however have 2 cracked windows and we would be interested in replacing them. Does newell sell the windows? If not who have you used?

Thanks,
Phil

Hi Phil, do you know what brand of window you have. It will have a manufactures logo on one of the lower corners of the glass. I have a source for certain makes of glass and could help you out there. I think Newell has some of the later model windows available and I'm sure they have a source for ordering ones that they don't have in stock..

Ken,

Did you get my private message containing the sizes? You think you can help me find a few windows? Thanks for all your help.

Phil,

Congradulations on your purchase; I love the 1989 Newell Classic. I had a 1987 Classic (blue, silver, w/medium blue accents) that I loved. If I could keep it a secret from my wife, I would buy another Classic. Boy, I loved that coach.

Anyway, the company that Newell uses is Peninsula Glass. If you send them your cracked windows they will replace the glass and you can have a local glass shop re-install them. I replaced one cracked, dual pane window in the bedroom of my 1993 for about $450 plus $100 shipping costs.

Thanks Tuga for the info, I am currently looking to get a few windows replaced. I will take their number down and give them a call and see what they can do for me.
