Question What's important when looking for a RV park to stay at?

Of course a RV Park must be Big Rig friendly.

However I know there are other amenities that we all like to have and need.

When looking for a RV park to stay at what is a must?

What seals the deal for you?

Clean grounds and a friendly staff is always nice.

I concur with the above. I also like a park that is well groomed and taken care of. Prefer paved roads with nice grass areas. Walkways and trails are always a plus.

Paved roads is preferred. Security lighting is nice but not a must have. I also like a nicely landscape spot with nice view.

The things that bother me most are trees that are not trimmed which scratch the coach, block Directv, and in one case destroyed my awning wind sensor. Also, space that are so badly out of level that the Newell air bags cannot level the coach.

We like lots of trees but not where they can scratch up the coach. Pathways and trails are nice and a fishing lake or pond is always a plus.

If we are paying a good price we like all the above. When we stop at a park and it's on the higher side and we get nothing for our money it's a bit disappointing.
