Thumbs down Rock Springs KOA in Rock Springs, WY

We only stayed one night so no harm done. But for those who like trees and (we do) this is not a place to come and stay for a while. If you want fancy it's far from it. It's not paved but gravel and there isn't beans for a view. In fact it's just the opposite you get a ugly row of huge gas storage tanks for a view. But like I said it was just for a one night stay and if you know the I-80 in wyoming there isn't much choice.

You have to get off the beaten path to find anything worth a hoot in Wyoming. There are a few descent places tucked away out of the wind.

Enjoy your travels

I'm sure there are plenty we just needed a place to stay that was easy access from the interstate. Not our first choice and wouldn't recommended it to those who want to hang out.

For those who know of them should share them here!
