A bit more information will help. What is showing 90 psi?

Have you checked the shut-off solenoid is in the run position on the governor. My coach with the same engine will run, just barely with the starter engaged if the governor is in the "stop" position.

Jon,

No, I have yet to check the shut-off solenoid is in the run position. I will do so now and report back.

Just a wild guess, the shut off air solenoid is not working properly. Otherwise, a lot more info is needed to even begin to help you.

I was thinking something very similar.
Try with the Block Heater turned on a few hours.
Make sure that the Fuel Filters are clean (replaced)
Make sure that the Air Filter is clean (replaced)

I agree, the air shut off solenoid isn't working,. check for power to the solenoid with key on. Do some minor checking and post your results this way we can better assist you.
