Default Water filters

I know our new to us 91 Newell comes with a double water filtration system, is it worth it, or advisable to run a sediment type filter in the incoming water line ahead of the built in filter?

Thanks
John

I believe you have an everpure RO system in your Newell and everypure does sell sediment filters if you need one.

We still use a sediment filter prior to all other filters. The sediment 1st helps the others last longer.
