Default Question About Average Stay at a Campground & Miles Driven

I was just curious what the average stay at a campground is?

How many miles do you generally drive to get to the next camp ground?

I am just curious...

Question #1: I generally do about a week at destinations. However, I can do one overnight after the other en route.

Question #2: 200-300 miles. Tho if I am going thru a major urban area, I might time my trips to avoid rush hour. I do not like beating myself to death to enjoy myself.

When traveling to a destination, we travel about 200 miles a day if my wife gets to choose and about 500 miles a day if I get to choose. The time at a destination depends on so many variables that it is difficult to predict. If we are traveling to an area we haven't been before, likely a week. If we are visiting friends, it depends on their patience ;-)
