Painting our Newell
What we are trying to find out is how much would a new paint job run? When we purchased our Newell the paint had started to fade because it was not garage kept. Actually the gentlemen that owned it lived in Palm Springs and if you are familiar with the area then you know how hot it gets. Any information that one could provide us would be greatly appreciated.

James,
We were looking into this very subject for our '81 Newell with plain 3 color striping, Persimmon, Autumn Red, and Gold Light Foddle Metallic. All colors were DuPont Imron Polypropylene. Newell advised bare minimum was 10K plus more towards 12K and the price goes up from there. It all depends on the colors and number of colors, style (straight lines vs cute swirls, and coach skin condition. Only the gold stipe on our coach has degraded, so we will continue to look for better pricing.
