Mattress hard on the back, Help!

We bought one for home first and ended up liking it so much we bought one for the coach too. I agree with Michael it does take maybe a week or so before the odor goes way and don't be surprised because it's pretty strong. For the wife it was comfort right away. I on the other hand had a little bit of an adjustment but not to long after I found it to be very comfortable as well.
