Default Hello from Hot Sunny South Florida

Greetings to all my fellow Newell owners,

I am new on the forum (never was aware one existed), but not new to Newell ownership. I have owned my 1997 45' Newell for 7 years now and love every minute I can spend in it. I have only met several Newell owners in the 7 years, mainly at the factory when I went for service and at the road races which is where I spend most of my time. I hope to learn more valuable information about my coach since there is always something new to fix.

Henry Gilbert
Coach #457
1997 45' Newell

Welcome, Henry! You will find this forum an invaluable resource, and you will even make some friends along the way. Had a chance to visit the factory about a year ago in our '82 Classic...

Yes Henry, Welcome! I'm sure everyone around here will be happy you will not be left in the dark any longer, regarding a large part of your Newell family over here.

Hi Larry, thank you for the welcome. I used to run with ALMS and IMSA a few years ago and also Grand Am, but have given up Pro-Racing for now. Just too expensive these days, so I run local races with SCCA, HSR, SVRA and other clubs.

I'm still trying to figure out how to post my avatar, any tips?
