Default Owner of a 1973 Newell Coach

Good morning from Milwaukee.

I'm a new [kid] to this site and attempting to correctly navigate through it. I'm not sure if I'm permitted to ask question at this time, but, ...If I'm allowed to ask questions here...does anybody know where I can get my hands on a electrical diagram schmatic for my '73.

I haven't have the opportunity to enjoy it yet as it has an electrical discruption; the previous owner reported that it loses power intermitantly...I need to do some trouble shooting.

...Can anybody lend an assist?

I am fairly sure that you will need to draw your own. From what has been discussed here previously, Newell's record start in 1983 (quite unfortunate since we own an '82!)
I would expect that your coach is very similar to other years that are close. I have simply kept notes on different wiring issues keeping AC and DC wiring issues separated.
This forum will be allot of help but you will need to be more specific about the issue.
Welcome

Like Steve (Prarieschooner), I also have an '82. There are no wiring diagrams available before '83, and from what I have seen, almost every Newell is slightly different from every other one in a given model year. Steve is an excellent electrical trouble shooter, as are others on this forum. Often when there are 12 volt electrical issues the culprit is a bad ground. Is your issue 12 volt, and 120 VAC?

Not sure the diff n the 73' vs 74' typicaly something or one has made many changes over the years.. A little basic trouble shooting skill and a meter and you'll be surprized.. One thing about the Newell... It's straight forward not many suprizes... Plenty of folk's here to help... Just direct us to the general area... PM me your email & I'll send you some drawings for a 74' Welcome to the forum...
