Hi All,

I know many of you are traveling for the holiday. We wish all of you safe travels and good memories.

Some of you have had the privilege of meeting Rhonda will appreciate her account of our trip this weekend. http://wersquared.wordpress.com/

I was thankful that my hiking buddy has returned from the land of broken ankles.

Really beautiful pictures. Rhonda's blog is cool. Sounds like you guys had a great time. Good to have Rhonda back. Must have felt good to all.

Ok, so Richard, what are you personally doing regarding the additives?

Happy Thanksgiving.

Sitting in my Newell in Spokane watching the Cowboys vs. Raiders out of the corner of my eye, whilst posting. So far today have taken a 1.5 mile hike in the woods behind my sister's home, and just got anhilated in a game of "HORSE", but am now enjoying an egg nogg mixed with my favorite brandy. Glad Rhonda is able to hike....enjoyed her blog, and pictures.

As David often says......"life IS good"......

Richard,

Glad to hear that Rhonda's ankle has healed. You guys have a great Thanksgiving and the same to all of our Newell buddies.

Karen and I will be driving to Angel Fire, NM for Christmas for a snow skiing trip. When we pass thru Dallas we will toot the horn. We will be in the Honda, not in the Newell.

You guys have a great holiday season.

David asked "Ok, so Richard, what are you personally doing regarding the additives? "

I think that was inregard to the diesel fuel thread? The only additive I use is black coffee. I have been using it for a long time. It seems to keep the systems up and running. Although when driving for long distances I find that it is best to keep the coffee additive at a controlled level. It's somewhat of a complicated algebraic expression that balances being able to drive longer distances and the need to stop and drain the excess additive. I am always looking for the maximized solution to that equation. :-)

Thanks to all for their well wishes.

Love it. I've been searching for that balance as well. Being 10 years your senior, Richard, I am always tinkering with that. Really, takes more of my time and thought process than working on the basement airs. lol.

Have a good day.

The one thing I have learned over the years is that you cannot really buy a good cup of coffee....you only really "lease" it for a short time......

Hey Guys:
Sittin' in my Newell reading the forum at Lake D'Arbonne State Park in LA. Been here a week. We camp for Thanksgiving every year. It was 33 deg this morning. Beautiful fall foliage. Thankful that all my "fluid flow" is normal.
