Aqua Hot

My Aqua Hot is not working on the electric setting and is working on the diesel setting. Anyone have any ideas of where to begin? I will work on it while in Port Townsend. Jennifer

You can call 800 685-4298 and talk to an Aqua Hot tech about your problem. They are good and also very helpful.

Is the Heater/AC switch under the microwave in the "heater" position? The electric side will only work when this switch is in the up position.

Hi Jennifer,

Start with tracing the circuitry. Circuit breakers, and then is the heater element getting voltage. It is common for heater elements to burn out. if you remove the access cover you will find a schematic and terminals to get readings, if yours is like mine.
