Since you haven't gotten an answer, if it was me I would check with the Yahoo forum "Hydronic-RV-Heating". This site is moderated by Roger Berke who is very knowledgeable about the Aqua Hot systems and he is active in the forum. It is free to join the forum.

Hope this helps..................

Lee,

Have you tried calling Newell? 1 888 963-9355 and ask for Tommy Key or Creslie Clark.

batpilot7300,

There is a shiny plate about 5 inch's square just above where the diesel burner mounts to the tank. It is held in place by two screws, one on top and one on bottom. Behind this plate you will see the heating elements and the zone temp sensors. Above these there will be a brass nut 7/16" or 1/2" with three wires coming from it. one red, one black and one green. I believe this is the sensor you are looking for, it goes to the temp gauge above the microwave. Please remember to unplug your coach and have all heat shut off, your fingers will be very close to the wires on the heating elements.

batpilot7300,

If you are going to work on that Aqua Hot be sure to disconnect the 2 sets of wires that plug into the unit. They are located under the silver colored control box in the very front of the unit. It has Webasto logo written on it in RED. With both of those sets of wires disconnected you should be safe. The wires have a white plastic head that easily disconnects from the unit.

There are 8,000 volts of electricity that run between the 2 probes on the burner assembly.
Be careful!

Call Newell just to be safe 1 888 9NEWELL and let them walk you through it.
