I had trouble locating a source for the filter elements. I simply went to LOWES bought a replacement Filter Assembly and the rest is history. Now I can get replacement elements all over.

I always get mine from Newell. May cost a little more but they get them out right away.

I ordered mine from www.bigbrandwater.com (http://www.bigbrandwater.com) at a total cost including shipping for the two pack of $148. I have no idea if that is a low or high price. I never thought of ordering from Newell. russ

Camping World stocks them also for about the same price best I remember.
