The cruise control wasn't working in my '83 Newell. Steve actually listened to it over the phone & in 10 minutes determined that it was working but that the linkage had never been properly installed. I sent a picture & he sent me a bracket (at no charge). It is now working perfectly. It stays within 1 mph of the set speed. It even works for increasing the idle when stopped.
Steve took over support of these units when the manufacturer discontinued them. He repairs, installs & sells remanufactured units.
From my experience with Steve i can recommend him 100%.
