series 60 radiator cap pressure

hi

my radiator cap is a 16psi cap. when i look in the series 60 shop manual it says minimum 9psi. when i do a google search i see people saying from 9 to 13psi.

do any of you know the correct pressure cap?

i know i am a bundle of questions.

i called tommy at newell and he said 16psi.
