Anyone travelled from Redding, CA over state hwy 299 to Arcata on the Mendocino Coast? Need to know if it's a viable road for a newell with a toad. Your help is appreciated. I called the CHP and no one was available to help. I'll try again since I have a couple of weeks yet before time to travel. Thanking you in advance.
