Villa coach separating at the seams

I have a two year old Villa International couch and I have two complaints. One being the seams are spreading and I don't like the look when someone is sitting on it. Two is always wrinkles in the middle of the pleats where you sit.

Will they warranty it? Has anyone dealt with them before?
