I talked to the sales guys at Motorhomes of TX, they have a 45' 1996 with a slideout for $125k. This is a really nice looking unit if someone is looking for such an animal. Dave is a really great guy and deserves the business. The salesperson has been really helpful so far. If I can find someone to finance this puppy we may buy it...

If the price came down under 100k I'd be interested in moving up to something with a slide otherwise the '96 that folivier posted a link to is a much better deal for 75k. The reddish carpet on this '97 would have to go! ugh.

There is a '97 single slide advertised in the back of FMCA magazine for $110K. I emailed them and they are getting out of rv'ing. Said it had service and some upgrades done at Newell factory last November, new tv's. Sent me some pictures and it looks pretty nice, but only has awnings on the driver side. Also it looks like it has basement a/c + 2 roof a/c's. Might be worth a look if someone is interested. PM me for their email address or look at the FMCA mag. classified.
Just remembered that pictures are in the 1997 gallery album #8.

Forrest this $110k '97 unit sounds like it is a much nicer Newell at a better price, as the one at MofT just doesn't do much for me either, it looks dated for being a slide unit.

According to the email I received from them it does sound nice and the price is good. Unfortunately our house didn't sell this summer so we can't justify buying another Newell just yet. Besides we can do quite a bit of travelling for what it would take to move up.

The Motorhome Brokers just sold a 1997 that is much nicer for less money. It had way more upgrades and interior bling bling. I'm previewing several Newell's this week and will report what I find.

Hello Sir,

Can you provide additional information about your coach and do you have service records ? Would your coach layout work for a family wanting to full time ?
