Why is it that I don't see Newell Coach listed under RV Manufactures on a lot of RV websites? To my understanding a Newell Coach is a RV/Motorhome correct? I don't understand why Newell Coach isn't listed along with other RV manufacturers if it is indeed an RV. Maybe I misunderstood? Is a Newell an RV? Motorhome? Or is it a Bus? and if it is a RV/Motorhome then why isn't it listed with other RV manufacturers? and What exactly is a Coach? I mean why do they call them Newell Coaches? What is the difference between a motorcoach and a motorhome? Sorry for so many questions. I'm a little lost now...

Let me see...our' 82 is a "private coach". and it is built on a bus chassis, not sure if it is an RV since it is our second home. Now I would refer to it as a Motor Coach.
Just one man's humble opinion......

Would be okay if I said it's an All-in-One beast?

I say coach, Newell, Newell coach, motorhome, motorcoach and RV. When talking with others who don't own a Newell they refer to it as a motorhome, RV or Bus.

Chester I have to disagree with your answer,

For most that's a big factor considering many rver's checking out Newell's or Prevosts are looking to escape those box cutter RV's.

Many ascertain the term RV with mass produced Motor homes that fall apart within a couple of years or always in for warranty work.

When you hear the term BUS than you assume its designed to run a million plus miles and built to last and favor well in an accident unlike your normal under built motor homes.

Newell's are built to bus standards and beyond, even though Newell is not considered a bus company they still build and most would say overbuild even when compared to a bus chassis.
