Hi everyone,

Looking to find out if I can check out coaches at the factory? Who do I need to speak with?

You can for sure check coaches out at the Newell Factory in Miami, OK! I highly recommended it too!

yes, go! you can call down there or email to setup a good time. Like others said you'll be glad you went and you'll be in awe of the New beautiful coaches!

Newell coach welcomes you to call, e-mail or write them with any questions you might have about Newell products or services. And you are more than welcome to go to the factory. It's a great way to see a whole lot of Newells all in one place!

Brad definitely go check out the factory, there are several people down at Newell that would be happy to help you.

I have always found Newell to be extremely customer oriented and helpful regarding tours of the manufacturing facility, you can email Pat Dwyer, patd@newellcoach.com (pdwyer@newellcoach.com), Dave Prince, davep@newellcoach.com (dprince@newellcoach.com) or Brian Pitts brianp@newellcoach.com (bpitts@newellcoach.com) and they will help you out. Newell operates Monday through Thursday (service and manufacturing). You can also look through any of the coaches they have on their lot for sale. You can also call them at 1-888-3NEWELL (1-888-363-9355) and ask for sales.

I'm told not to waste your time accessing Pat Dwyer he is not the best at getting back to you like some of the others.

Gax, the names Michael (fulltiming) and I mentioned above which includes Pat Dwyer are probably the most knowledgeable in the sales dept. These guys do so many tours, it's knowledge is like clockwork regarding the Newell's. Pat does appear a little preoccupied at times and it could be like a lot of people including myself, it depends on how your particular day is going?
